Job Details

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to take on the role of APS5 Junior Release Manager. This position is a unique opportunity to contribute to major work programs aimed at delivering innovative ICT-based solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and management of Release Management processes for multiple applications across various portfolios.
• Coordinate the review and refinement of release content, balancing technical dependencies with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Release schedule, ensuring compliance with governance processes and milestone management.
• Produce regular Release Reporting and participate in ICT Change Management activities and release planning.

Essential Criteria

• 1 to 2 years' experience in Release Management within an enterprise business system environment.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven ability to manage release-related interdependencies and maintain the integrity of releases.
• Advanced communication, collaboration, time management, and negotiation skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry-recognised qualifications in project management (e.g., Diploma of Project Management or SAFe Agile).
• Australian citizenship is required.
