We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network equipment, security policies, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities


  • Design, plan, and configure network equipment to meet organizational requirements and industry standards.
  • Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, UPS systems, and other hardware.
  • Independently design and deploy network setups.
  • Package and ship configured equipment to remote sites when required.
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues and outages promptly.
  • Enforce security policies, access controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Perform regular network maintenance, including software updates and patches.
  • Implement and optimize network infrastructure to support business needs.
  • Maintain and update network documentation, including Visio diagrams and schematic layouts.
  • Manage network monitoring tools such as Logic Monitor and Netbox.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and incidents.
  • Prepare reports on network performance, security, and utilization.
  • Collaborate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of network products and services.
  • Adhere to ITIL best practices for change, incident, capacity, and problem management.
  • Follow the change management process meticulously with no gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to FDA, SOX, ISO regulations.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and respond to IT audit requests while resolving any audit findings.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing Cisco LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Palo Alto Firewalls.
  • Applied knowledge of network hardware, protocols, Internet standards, the OSI model, and TCP/IP.
  • Experience in Data Center environments, Nexus Switching, and F5 load balancing is desirable.
  • Knowledge of cloud networking and SD-WAN deployment is a plus.
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance standards.
  • Previous experience in a multinational company is beneficial.


Certifications (Preferred but Not Required)


  • Cisco CCNA, PCNSE, or equivalent certifications.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation or higher qualification.

Physical & Mental Requirements


  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
  • Adaptability to evolving business and technological needs.
