LTE Network Engineer

Our client, a leading mining company is seeking a experienced Network Engineer with a strong background in LTE and RF technologies to join their team in Perth. This is a 12-month contract with opportunity for extension.

In this role, you will be a key technical lead, ensuring the successful design, delivery, and integration of large-scale LTE network solutions. You will work closely with vendors, provide technical assurance, and ensure solutions align with our architectural standards.

Responsibilities:

• Technical review & approval of vendor designs and documentation.
• Oversee equipment testing and configuration.
• Manage technical change processes.
• Ensure solutions align with architectural standards.
• Vendor liaison and technical assurance.

Requirements:

• LTE communications SME (Core, Backhaul, Access, or Infrastructure).
• Experience in large-scale LTE network deployments.
• Nokia product knowledge (SAR-8, eNodeB, NetAct).
• Strong change management skills.
• Telecoms Engineering degree.
