Senior C++ Developer

The Role:

We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced C++ Software Developer to enhance and support our external customer-facing Windows-based label printing solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C++ programming, system analysis, and software development, with the ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance the current Windows-based C++ label printing solution for external customers.
• Assist in gathering user requirements, conducting feasibility studies, system design, analysis, capacity planning, testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Collaborate actively with software development teams in the US and EU to support and maintain the label printing infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing system support and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Requirements:

• Proficient in C++ (MVC framework) and PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of the Windows environment.
• Ability to provide technical insights, suggestions, and solutions for software development, enhancement, and troubleshooting.
• Commitment to ensuring high software quality and performance.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in programming or equivalent roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with a good sense of urgency.
