Who We Are Looking For

The UX Designer will work directly with external clients, understanding their needs and providing user-centered design solutions that enhance digital experiences. The candidate must be proficient in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools and should have experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. They must be able to maintain fluent conversations in English and possess a Bachelor's degree in fields related to UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar discipline.

What You'll Do

UX Design:

• User research: interviews, surveys, usability testing
• Creation and tracking of wireframes, prototypes, and experience maps
• Analysis of user flows and experience optimization
• Definition of interaction strategies and intuitive navigation
  
  

UI Design

• Visual design of attractive interfaces, focusing on aesthetics and functionality
• Creation of scalable and consistent design systems
• Knowledge of component creation and usage
• Use of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Development of interactive and high-fidelity prototypes
• Knowledge in building brand guidelines (UI kits)
  
  

What You'll Need

• Advanced English (must)
• Proven experience in UX design
• Academic background in UX/UI
• Design tools: Figma (must), Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, Zeplin, Miro
• Communication skills: Presenting and defending design proposals to stakeholders
