AI Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced AI engineer to develop and optimize AI-driven solutions for data-intensive environments. In this role, you will work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and domain experts to build scalable AI models, integrate them into the Palantir Foundry workflows, and drive automation across business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy AI/ML models using Palantir Foundry and AIP to enhance decision-making and process automation.
Design and optimize Foundry pipelines, Ontology workflows, and AI-powered applications tailored to business needs.
Collaborate with data engineers to ingest, clean, and transform large datasets for AI model training and inference.
Fine-tune LLMs and other AI models within Palantir AIP for enterprise applications.
Integrate AI models into Foundry workflows and operationalize AI-driven insights.
Ensure model performance, scalability, and compliance with enterprise security standards.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
Strong background in Python and PySpark for data processing and model development.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and optimization in a production environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

Proficiency in Foundry Ontology, Object Builders, and Code Repositories.
Experience in big pharma or highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security best practices in AI applications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
