Head of Product

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Product to drive the vision and roadmap of our mobile therapy app. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled mobile applications, understands technical specifications, possesses a strong eye for UI/UX, and stays ahead of the latest AI advancements. This role requires hands-on leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams to build an intuitive, high-impact digital health solution. Experience in healthcare is a plus but not mandatory.

• Own and define the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Lead product development from concept to launch, managing the backlog and prioritizing features that deliver maximum value.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and AI specialists to build an intuitive, scalable, and technically sound app.
• Engage with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into actionable product improvements.
• Define detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements to guide development efforts.
• Stay up to date on AI advancements and identify opportunities to integrate cutting-edge solutions into our app.
• Communicate product developments to stakeholders and drive adoption through training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to position and differentiate our app in the healthcare space.

• Proven track record as a Product Owner/Head of Product in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Experience successfully scaling mobile applications on iOS and Android.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate effectively with developers and engineers.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX best practices and user-centered design.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions based on analytics and user feedback.
