DATA SCIENTIST / LLM Architect

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Master or PhD in Big Data, Ai, Software Development

Undestanding of LLM

Technical understanding of IT - Architecure

Very good written and spoken German or English skills

Responsible with common sense, with heart and brain

For this position we offer from € 60.000 gross per Annum on a full-time basis based on the collective agreement for information technology. Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and practical experience up to € 100.000, a variable portion is target-oriented.
