As Head of Information Security, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s security strategy, ensuring business resilience, and protecting against evolving cyber threats. Your decisions will directly impact operational success, compliance, and stakeholder trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & develop security culture – Train employees to be the first line of defense.
• Risk & threat management – Conduct proactive threat analysis and risk assessments to anticipate security challenges.
• Implement world-class security controls – Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to maintain secure technical environments.
• Manage security frameworks & certifications – Maintain ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, and other compliance accreditations.
• Enhance security governance – Ensure alignment with global standards like NIST CSF, GDPR, NIS Directive, and EBA Guidelines.
• Respond to incidents – Be the key decision-maker in crisis situations, working alongside executive leadership to contain, control, and neutralize threats.
• Drive continuous improvement – Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends and implement cutting-edge solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in a senior cybersecurity leadership role (Head/Deputy Head of InfoSec).
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in scaling security programs within fast-moving organizations.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity risk management, governance, and compliance.
• Strong analytical mindset – ability to think like an attacker and implement effective countermeasures.
• Hands-on experience managing security tools, infrastructure, and SaaS security configurations.
• A problem-solving mentality – balancing security and business agility.
