As the Head of Sales and Business Development, you will drive revenue growth, expand institutional partnerships, and position KuCoin EU as a leader in the fintech and Web3 space. You will be responsible for scaling business development initiatives, negotiating strategic deals, and leading a high-performance sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead growth strategies to secure high-value partnerships and generate multi-million-dollar revenue streams.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, targeting and converting opportunities within institutional and fintech sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with banks, fintechs, and corporate clients to drive adoption of KuCoin EU’s digital asset offerings.
- Oversee institutional client onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into Web3 and digital asset ecosystems.
- Lead token listing initiatives, trading volume growth, and exchange partnerships to boost liquidity and market presence.
- Forge ecosystem partnerships with blockchain foundations, liquidity providers, market makers, and financial institutions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing business development and sales team, fostering a results-driven culture to exceed ambitious targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in sales and business development, ideally within fintech or blockchain industries.
- Deep expertise in institutional crypto adoption, digital asset integration, and fintech solutions.
- Strong knowledge of crypto regulations (e.g., MiCA) and financial compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience with token listings, trading volume growth, and crypto exchange dynamics.
- Established network within financial services and blockchain ecosystems.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a strategic approach to go-to-market planning.
- Leadership experience scaling high-performing sales teams in fintech or blockchain sectors.
