Robotics and Computer Vision Engineer

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Robotics and Computer Vision Engineer in our Automotive team.

As a Robotics and Computer Vision Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop efficient digital twins for robotic systems in the automotive sector.
• Design and implement mockup setups to replicate real-world tasks.
• Extract human demonstrations in simulation and use them to train robot policies.
• Validate and test models on real robotic systems.
• Integrate perception and control algorithms into robotic platforms for real-world deployment.
• Collaborate with research institutions to advance computer vision and robotics innovations.

Profile:

• You have an engineering degree (MSc or PhD) in computer science, robotics, mechanical engineering or a related field,
• You have 1 to 3 years' experience in robotics, AI or vision systems,
• You are research-oriented, with a pragmatic approach applied to real-life problems,
• You are familiar with motion control, particularly learning by reinforcement and imitation,
• You have expertise in computer vision, large-scale vision models and multi-modal AI,
• You have experience with physical simulation environments for training robotic policies,
• You are proficient in the following tools and languages: Python, C/C++, OpenCV, PyTorch, ROS1/ROS2, Linux, Docker, Git.
