TUI Airline, part of the world's leading integrated tourism group, is seeking an Agile Coach to drive our commercial transformation. As a key member of our Airline Commercial Senior Leadership Team, you'll spearhead the adoption of agile principles, enhancing our commercial capabilities and unlocking new revenue potential across multiple regions.

About The Job

• Lead agile transformation within the Commercial Airline function
• Develop and implement new agile practices and methodologies
• Coach cross-functional teams to improve ways of working
• Assess team agile maturity and create improvement plans
• Promote agile values and principles across the organization
• Collaborate with the Global TUI agile community
• Potentially serve as Scrum Master for individual teams
• Oversee agile training initiatives
  
  
  

About You

• Substantial experience in agile coaching, preferably outside IT
• Proven track record in leading agile transformations in complex organizations
• Deep expertise in agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
• Experience in airline or travel industry commercial functions preferred
• Strong understanding of revenue optimization strategies
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Adaptable coaching style for various teams and locations
• Fluency in English
• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist) are a plus
