IT HR Project Manager

Your role as a project manager:

• Initiate projects and work packages and define solutions with the teams implement (functional and non-functional scope, architectural and technical,
• budget, planning);

• Ensure the consistency of these projects with other ongoing projects;
• Ensure coordination with key internal and external suppliers
• Coordinate the implementation and ensure the preparation of the RUN at the end of the
• project, in conjunction with the Service Manager(s);
• Prepare change requests and possible calls to obtain the components of the defined solutions;
• Coordinate and supervise the execution, testing and training phases, change management
• Coordinate project activities in collaboration with the business, other IT departments,external suppliers;
• Carry out risk analysis, identify service providers, contacts and experts, define and
• implement the project organization, including the project team and be the driving force;
• Ensure decision-making, communication and reporting to stakeholders directly or
• indirectly concerned by the project;
