Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer at Selkirk Sport, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and products in our Estonia office. You will collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to produce engaging designs that align with Selkirk's premium image and cater to a diverse range of pickleball enthusiasts. Your creative contributions will span various touchpoints, from digital platforms to print, enhancing our brand's impact and supporting our mission to redefine how the world perceives and participates in pickleball

Location: Tallinn, Estonia

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & maintain consistent design to ensure timely completion of projects, while upholding established brand standards.
  • Collaboratively participate in proof-of-concept efforts to generate the overall look and feel of large-scale campaigns, projects, and initiatives.
  • Work closely with key collaborators across the Wholesale Operations, Media, Content, and Creative teams to brainstorm and execute innovative concepts for campaigns and programming
  • Designing and creating various visual elements such as logos, branding materials, advertising materials, marketing collateral, web graphics, social media assets, and other promotional materials
  • Working with Digital Asset Management; AIR
  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adhering to project timelines and deadlines

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Demonstrating proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe, Indesign, Photoshop, After Effects,& Illustrator
  • Working in industries such as Consumer Goods, Activewear, or Retail is preferred
  • Love of pickleball or a willingness to join the cult
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail.
  • Can think creatively and take direction
  • Positive, can-do, problem-solving growth attitude with a passion for digital marketing and internal and external customer service.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize, stay lean, and only focus on what matters.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Focused and results-oriented personality.
  • Never willing to just do the bare minimum.
