Today Change is available in 30 European countries with over 135,000 verified users. We are offering an investment app, enabling anyone to easily and securely invest in various asset classes, including crypto, as well as derivatives on stocks, indexes, commodities, and forex.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers are happy. On a daily basis, in addition to general support, you will execute operational tasks, including onboarding and fulfilling orders. At the end of the day, you will be the one who has an end-to-end knowledge of our product.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers are happy. On a daily basis, in addition to general support, you will execute operational tasks, including onboarding and fulfilling orders. At the end of the day, you will be the one who has an end-to-end knowledge of our product.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer support experience through Zendesk, social media, and community platforms.
- Reply to customer queries across weekdays and on a need basis weekends.
- Solve issues related to payments, KYC, onboarding, and more.
- Monitor brand sentiment and user feedback, engage with customers, and relay key insights or issues promptly across teams
- Keep FAQs and internal documentation sharp, helpful, and up to date.
- Bring your ideas to the table — from smarter automations to using AI to boost support.
- 1+ years in customer care, operations, or support — ideally in fintech, crypto, or startups.
- Fluent in English and Estonian (spoken & written) is a must.
- Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Strong communicator who can work effectively across teams.
- Curious, proactive, and not afraid to think outside the box to improve customer experience.
- Experience with Zendesk or similar tools.
