About This Opportunity
Our Innovate Graduate Technology Program will give you an outstanding opportunity to understand and take part in shaping our technology leadership and is the perfect fit for you who have a diligent, innovative, and creative approach.
As part of the Innovate programs you will be curious about how the next generation of technology will shape and influence the way we all live and work. This Early Career Program will give you a chance to work with like-minded people who are pioneers in our business and advanced problem solvers in their chosen field. You’ll collaborate with them to solve some of the most challenging issues faced by our customers to ensure everyone worldwide is connected.
Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as Project Manager based at Tallinn, Estonia and you will rotate (on 6 months basis) across different Ericsson locations globally.
This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate/early careers professional who has MSc or PhD degree with the strong interest in telecommunication industry and next generation technology.

What You Will Do
You will be a part of the team who is shaping the future and driving the transformation to Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technology at our hub in Tallinn, Estonia. Joining the team will offer you an exciting journey through business and technology where you will learn, be able to challenge, take decisions and most importantly have a lot of fun! - MSc or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent
- Knowledge of wireless communication, radio networks and AI & Machine Learning
- Lead, challenge, and excel in collaboration and teamwork
- Interest in experimentation and innovation with the ability to think creatively and be well adapted to change
- Resilient in uncertain environment
- Ability to develop strategies and prioritize activities
- A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience
- Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
- Strong presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English
