We're on the lookout for a Game Design Intern to jump into our team and level up Angry Birds Reloaded with our Senior Game Designer. As a Game Design Intern, you'll be key in making sure our game updates are smooth and keep our players hooked. This is a 6-month paid internship – your chance to get real-world experience in the gaming business and make your mark on a super successful live game.

Angry Birds Reloaded is an exciting game available on Apple Arcade. The game is constantly being updated to keep the experience fresh and engaging for players. Currently, an agile team of dedicated professionals are passionately crafting and maintaining Angry Birds Reloaded, and now, you have the chance to become a part of this talented team!

You will have impact and fun at work by:

• Checking and editing game levels for technical and visual functionality and playability.
• Creating proposals for improvements in various game areas, such as UX design and character behavior.
• Developing design documents for approved proposals.
• Editing game assets directly in Unity and managing changes using Git.
• Collaborating with the Angry Birds Reloaded team and contributing to the game's ongoing success.
  
  

Experience and skills we are looking for:

• Basic proficiency in Unity.
• Basic knowledge of formulas in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Passion for gaming.
• Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and handle repetitive assignments.
• A strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks
  
  

It would be nice if you also have the following skills:

• Experience with Adobe XD or similar design prototyping tools.
• Ability to read code (C#).
• Familiarity with Git.
• Familiarity with the Angry Birds IP.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini
