UI/UX Designer - Helsinki - Medical Product Development

Our product development company within the medical industry are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their team.

Located across Finland and the Nordics, our client offers a specialized service for professional home care organizations, delivering both quality and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design an intuitive UI for robots and services.
• Conduct usability evaluations to ensure effectiveness.
• Analyze customer workflows and user needs.
• Develop and document UI designs for web, mobile, and robot interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups based on customer requirements.
• Define and maintain a consistent visual design language for their products and services.
• Work closely with developers to implement user-friendly graphical interfaces.
• Prototype and test interaction models in collaboration with product teams.
• Ensure designs are scalable, feasible, and aligned with project goals.
• Continuously improve the user experience of their services.

Requirements

• Proficiency in UI design, preferably using Figma, with a track record of improving user experience.
• Interest in accessibility and universal design.
• Strong wireframing and prototyping skills.
• Experience in conducting and reporting usability evaluations (beneficial).
• Familiarity with modern front-end development (beneficial).
• Background in medical devices (beneficial).
• Experience in designing international UIs and right-to-left languages (beneficial).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
