To enhance their car rental comparison service, our client is looking for a Junior Go Developer. They look forward to receiving your application!

Responsibilities:

• Team collaboration: You'll be involved in exciting projects related to our client's multilingual car rental comparison, focusing on API integration with partners and creating backend interfaces for the platform. You'll collaborate closely with other backend teams to integrate REST APIs and backend systems.
• Taking ownership: You'll be in charge of implementing product improvements and setting new standards to enhance the product’s performance and speed.
• Tech stack optimization: You'll develop innovative features with an emphasis on high-performance software, quick response times, and scalable architecture, with clean code being a priority.
• Project execution: You’ll manage everything from analyzing requirements and designing the overall architecture to implementing individual components.
• Coordination and communication: You’ll drive automation by building a CI/CD pipeline, including linting, unit testing, system testing, and monitoring.

Requirements:

• Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent in IT, or a degree in computer science.
• Experience and familiarity with OOP principles.
• Strong proficiency in Golang or another programming language (e.g., Java, PHP, C++, or Rust).
• A passion for developing high-performance software and a love for coding.
• High-quality awareness, hands-on approach, enjoyment of development, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in German, with good English proficiency.
