We have partnered with a rapidly growing SaaS marketplace, helping businesses streamline operations and scale efficiently. The DevOps Manager will lead infrastructure and cloud operations, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the platform.

The Role

As a DevOps Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation while managing a small team of DevOps Engineers. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be responsible for maintaining a highly available, secure, and efficient system architecture on Microsoft Azure. You’ll drive automation, monitoring, and best practices to support agile development and continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee and optimize cloud infrastructure operations in Microsoft Azure to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
• Drive CI/CD automation, improving deployment speed and efficiency.
• Implement best practices for monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration of DevOps practices within an agile environment.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads for efficient application deployment.
• Enhance security, compliance, and cost optimization across cloud services.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve infrastructure efficiency.

Requirements

✔️ 3+ years of management experience leading DevOps or Infrastructure teams.

✔️ Strong expertise in a leading cloud provider (AWS, GCP or Azure), with hands-on experience in cloud architecture and automation.

✔️ Proficiency in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and deployment strategies.

✔️ Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).

✔️ Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Azure Monitor).

✔️ Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.

✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

✔️ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

➕ Experience with Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.

➕ Knowledge of cost management and optimization in cloud environments.

➕ Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
