Product Manager

Coders Connect is partnering with a leading global provider of cloud-based software solutions to recruit a Product Manager specializing in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) SaaS products. This role will focus on compliance with CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and CS3D regulations, shaping innovative ESG solutions that help businesses meet sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining requirements to launching market-leading ESG solutions. If you are passionate about sustainability, technology, and product innovation, this is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful impact in the ESG space.

What you'll do:

✅ Lead the development of ESG SaaS products, ensuring compliance with CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and CS3D regulations.

✅ Define and execute product roadmaps, working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

✅ Gather market insights and customer feedback to enhance product features and usability.

✅ Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure the product remains compliant and competitive.

✅ Drive the integration of ESG modules into existing cloud-based platforms, optimizing data reporting and analytics.

✅ Collaborate with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies to align products with best practices in sustainability reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or ESG-related technology solutions.

🔹 Strong knowledge of CSRD, EU Taxonomy, CS3D, and sustainability compliance frameworks.

🔹 Experience in data management, analytics, and reporting tools for ESG applications.

🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

🔹 Ability to work in a hybrid environment with both remote and on-site collaboration in Berlin.

Nice-to-Have:

✨ Experience with cloud-based platforms and enterprise SaaS solutions.

✨ Background in sustainability, environmental science, or compliance.
