Senior Project Manager – Data Deletion

For our client, an Insurance Company in Zurich, we are looking for a fully remote from Germany position as

Senior Project Manager – Data Deletion (within the Insurance sector)

In this role, you will be leading two Workstreams.

Your Responsabilities:

• Coordinating the elicitation of business requirements, system analysis, definition of data structures, and data lineage documentation
• Supporting solution design activities and ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility
• Contribute to the definition of a Target Operating Model (TOM) for sustainable future deletion processes
• Managing the coordination between internal business analysts, implementation partners (both in-house and external), and IT stakeholders
• Ensuring close collaboration with the test manager, supporting the execution of testing and sign-off processes
• Leading go-live planning and execution, including risk management and issue resolution
• Acting as the central point of contact for both business and IT, facilitating clear, structured, and effective communication
• Supporting the overall project manager with reporting, planning, and stakeholder engagement

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in complex IT/business environments
• Strong technical understanding, preferably with experience in insurance systems or related industries
• Experience with data deletion and anonymization projects or similar data privacy initiatives is highly desirable
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with business and IT teams
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Fluent in English, German skills are a plus
