IP Network Engineer - Germany/Remote

Are you an experienced IP Network Engineer with strong Juniper expertise?

Do you have hands-on experience with IP routing, large MX Series routers, and VXLAN EVPN solutions? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our client, a leading Hosting provider, is looking for a skilled IP Engineer to join their team. This role sits at a Senior Engineering level, involving third-line support and project work, without being fully focused on architecture and design.

Responsibilities

• Work across IP and Datacentre-focused projects, ensuring robust and scalable network solutions.
• Provide third-line engineering support, troubleshooting complex network issues.
• Implement and support VXLAN EVPN solutions and advanced IP routing technologies.
• Engage in project work, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Occasionally visit datacentres and meet with the team for discussions and social events.

Qualifications

• Strong Juniper networking experience (JNCIP or JNCIE is a plus).
• Expertise in IP Routing - MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS
• Hands-on experience with VXLAN EVPN solutions.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
• Fluent English communication skills.
