Senior Software Engineer (Front-End)

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Duration: 12 Months (Potential for Extension)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in the office

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Senior Frontend Developer with strong experience in React & Angular to join our agile and dynamic team. This role involves building and maintaining customer-facing solutions that are scalable and secure. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex web applications using Angular and React for the frontend, alongside a Spring Boot backend.
• Ensure seamless integration and functionality across client-side and server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices in frontend development.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and troubleshoot frontend issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong expertise in React & Angular, with a deep understanding of their ecosystems.
• Experience with Spring Boot for backend development.
• Proven experience building complex web applications from scratch.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Webpack, and modern frontend build tools.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git)
• Industry experience: Open to candidates with experience in enterprise-scale software development.
