- Ensure uninterrupted operation of telecommunications and telemetry infrastructure on a national scale.
- Receive, analyze, and resolve incidents.
- Manage service requests, including ticket management until closure.
- Support field technicians for access, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Continuously develop operational processes (ITIL) and documentation.
- Participate in projects as a representative of operations (NOC).
- Communicate and escalate appropriately at different levels in case of incidents and issues.
- Participate in on-call duties 24/7.
- Technical training in the field of electricity, telecommunications, or information technology, or equivalent.
- Ongoing training as a senior technician or a degree from a higher education institution in one of these fields is preferred.
- Experience in operating complex communication infrastructures.
- Excellent mastery of at least one of the technologies used (telephone installations, VoIP, WDM, IP, MPLS).
- Experience in operating communication infrastructures or secondary techniques in substations is desired.
- Good analytical skills and continuous intervention capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL certification (certification is advantageous).
- Excellent knowledge of German and English; French or Italian would be a plus.
- Flexible working hours (42 hours per week) with the possibility of remote work.
