Title: DevOps Engineer 
Contract: 12 Months 
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: €350 per day - €400 per day
Location: Galway, Ireland (1 week onsite, per month - candidates must be Ireland based)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
  • Develop and manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, EKS) while ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Automate infrastructure and application deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting tools.
  • Support and troubleshoot complex distributed systems in a highly concurrent computing environment.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize system performance and enhance efficiency.
  • Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud technologies.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment strategies.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Bash, or TypeScript.
  • Experience working with Kubernetes (EKS) and containerized applications.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Pipeline as Code best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot highly concurrent distributed computing systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
