Product Manager

AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently hiring a Product Manager on behalf of our client, a recently established company within the aviation sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin. The role with offer a hybrid working model.

Role:

• Develop a vision for the product that align
• Build the product strategy that outlines how the product will achieve its vision with the company’s long-term goals.
• Create and develop a Product Roadmap
• Cross-functional collaboration with teams across the business.
• Managing the development lifecycle from ideation and design to launch
• Planning and executing product launches, including preparing the team for launch, working to develop materials and ensuring customer support is ready to address any issues.
• Monitoring how the product performs, analysing user feedback, identifying any issues, and determining what changes or updates are needed.

Requirements:

• Third-level qualification in a relevant field
• 2+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Experience within the aviation or finance related industries preferred
• Demonstrable experience identifying customer needs through established processes of customer research
• Demonstrable experience running established product management processes such as Scrum, Kanban etc.
• Proficiency in product management and development applications.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
