We are looking for a UX Designer/Interaction Designer to join our team in Dublin (Hybrid) and play a key role in shaping the software platform for our industry-leading sorting machines.

🔹 In this role, you will:

✔ Work with multi-disciplinary teams to gather requirements, create wireframes, test with users, and design assets like icons and graphics.

✔ Help improve usability and ensure our complex systems are intuitive and learnable for operators.

✔ Conduct user research, testing, and design handovers in a structured and efficient way.

🔹 What we’re looking for:

🎨 Minimum 2 years of UX/UI design experience

🎨 Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop

🎨 A strong eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail

🎨 Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

🎨 A creative problem-solver who enjoys breaking down complex systems into user-friendly concepts
