• Innovation Projects – Design and deliver AI-led solutions that improve internal processes
• Uptake Tracking – Define success metrics and track the performance of implemented tools
• Tool Development – Build scalable tools that integrate easily into existing workflows
• User Support Tools – Develop chatbot solutions to enhance digital engagement
• Workflow Automation – Use middleware platforms to streamline operations
• Data Insight – Support data handling through cloud-based data environments
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with business and IT to ensure smooth implementation
• Continuous Improvement – Provide insight to shape future digital strategy
