Network Engineer

A multi billion dollar blue chip technology company have a really exciting opportunity in there engineering division.

They are looking for an experienced Network Engineer who can collaborate with other networking teams and drive operational excellence projects. The role involves designing, building, and scaling global DWDM networks, ensuring adherence to network standards, and troubleshooting complex optical systems. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in DWDM platforms (Ciena, Infinera, Cisco), optical networking, and IP protocols (IPv4/IPv6, TCP, OSPF, BGP).

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years, especially in deploying large-scale optical networks.
• Familiarity with optical planning and modeling tools, adherence to network standards, and troubleshooting optical systems.
• Experience in designing, building, and scaling Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) networks, with knowledge of platforms like Ciena, Infinera, and Cisco.
