As a CRM Data Analyst, you will extract and analyse data from Aptify, uncover trends, and enhance automation processes. You will also provide data-driven support, working with Power BI, Excel, and CRM systems to optimize reporting and business insights.

You will:

• Manage and enhance reports and automation systems using Power BI.
• Extract and analyse data to provide actionable insights – Aptify CRM.
• Identify trends in customer and member behaviours.
• Support team members with data-related queries and reporting needs.
• Maintain and improve automation processes for efficiency.

Skills/Experience:

• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (Advanced), and VBA.
• Experience working with CRM databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary / Remuneration:

€40,000 - €46,000
