Graphic Designer

As a Graphic designer at NA-KD, you play a pivotal role in crafting compelling designs and layouts to elevate our campaigns and our brand's presence in the fashion e-commerce industry. You will work closely and collaboratively with our Content team to enhance our campaigns and assets, engage our customers, and deliver an exceptional online shopping experience. In this role, you will report to the Head Of Commercial Production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality and on-brand visuals for various marketing and promotional materials, including campaign assets, paid advertising, website graphics, newsletter campaigns, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with the Content team and copywriters to brainstorm and develop design concepts that drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition to create visually appealing and effective designs.
  • Provide creative input and design support for the development of the company's website and other digital platforms.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple design projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality outcomes that align with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge.


Your Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience in the fashion and e-commerce industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software; e.g Figma. Familiarity with web design principles and user experience (UX) concepts.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address design challenges.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ambitious mindset, with a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.
