IT Administrator

We’re looking for an IT Administrator to join our dynamic team! As a Mapon IT Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining server infrastructure, managing hardware and software, and providing technical support to our team both in Latvia and internationally.

Main Responsibilities

Prepare computers and other equipment for new employees
Provide daily IT support to users (1st and 2nd level assistance)
Plan and carry out IT equipment and accessory purchases in collaboration with suppliers
Perform basic maintenance and repairs on computers, printers, and other IT devices (or coordinate with service providers)
Administer and configure network devices (switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, etc.)
Conduct IT infrastructure audits and documentation
Implement and maintain IT device management systems (such as MS Intune or similar)
Travel to other Mapon offices if needed for IT system maintenance or implementation

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role (at least 2–4 years)
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments, computer hardware, and IT security basics
Understanding of network configuration (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, etc.)
Knowledge and/or experience with IT security solutions (firewalls, IDS, antivirus software)
Experience with MS Intune or similar device management systems
Experience in researching, evaluating, and implementing IT solutions
Ability to work independently and organize tasks effectively
Good communication skills in Latvian and English
