Senior AI engineer

AERONES is looking for an innovative Senior AI Engineer to join our talented team! In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that power our robotic systems and enhance operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement advanced AI algorithms and machine learning models to solve complex problems
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing and new products
Work on data analysis and preprocessing to improve model performance and accuracy
Stay updated with the latest AI research and industry trends to drive innovation
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on AI technologies and best practices
Document AI methodologies, model development processes, and performance evaluations
Ensure the ethical use of AI technologies in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines

Requirements

Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++
Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Experience designing and deploying AI models in production environments
Knowledge of natural language processing and computer vision techniques is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills in both Latvian and English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas
Experience in robotics or automation sectors is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
