Join our team! We are looking for a HR Data Specialist in Riga HQ office!
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Specialist to manage HR data processes, ensure data accuracy, and support key HR functions across the 4finance Group. This role will be responsible for data reporting, payroll inputs, and personnel cost management while collaborating with various teams to maintain high-quality HR information and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monthly HR data reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including employment agreements and other records, while ensuring compliance
- Register employees in the HR information system and maintain up-to-date records
- Prepare payroll data inputs and perform necessary checks
- Manage personnel cost budgeting, overseeing the entire process from data preparation to final reporting
- Lead the annual salary review and bonus processes, ensuring smooth execution from preparation to finalization
- Ensure the cost structure is up to date in collaboration with the Group Finance department
- Perform data quality checks in the HR information system and coordinate with Group HR teams to maintain data accuracy
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree (or current enrollment) in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Experience working with data
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Fluency in written and spoken Latvian and English
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Interest in working with HR data and being a member of an HR team
- Previous experience in HR is an advantage but not required
