What’s the Role?
As our 🚀 Recruitment Process Coordinator Intern 🚀, you’ll be the glue that holds our hiring process together. Think of yourself as the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring everything runs smoothly.

🎯 Recruitment Extraordinaire: share your skills and passion to assist in all aspects of our recruitment processes. From sourcing top talent to conducting interviews, you'll be an integral part of our talent acquisition adventures
📊 HR Reports Explorer: dive into the world of data and analytics, as you assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations
🎨Interview Magician: showcase your time management and organizational skills to become our go-to scheduling master. Your expertise in Outlook will help you become a scheduling pro, finding the perfect times to connect candidates and our dream team
🤝Candidate Experience Champion: put your creative hat on and help design an unforgettable candidate experience. Think outside the box to ensure our applicants' journey is remarkable and memorable at every touchpoint
📢 Recruitment Campaign Guru: collaborate with our creative team to design engaging and eye-catching recruitment campaigns. With your innovative ideas and excellent communication skills, you'll help attract new talent and showcase our incredible company culture

Job requirements
What we expect:
- Ability to work 4 or 5 days per week, and be presented in the office at least twice per week
- Detail-oriented personality with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong passion for HR/Recruitment, and desire to learn and grow in the field
- Good communication skills (LV&ENG) both written and verbal
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (nice to have)
- Prior HR-related experience (nice to have)
