We are looking for a Product Owner for Payments in Channels Team (in Cards and Payments solution Tribe) who is interested in driving deliveries in payments area, and who has ambition and passion to drive developments in one of the key product areas of the bank

As a Product Owner you will work as a part of agile team focusing on maximizing the value of the deliveries to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating, clarifying and communicating product backlog items.
• Prioritizing and managing transparent Product Backlog.
• Listening to customers and bringing customer voice to Delivery team.
• Managing stakeholders. You will be point of entry for the organization to the team
• Overseeing team’s development & evaluating product progress
• Cooperating with other Product owners inside and outside the tribe
• Keep abreast of latest trends and developments and contributing to the strategic agenda of the whole area.
  
  

You’ll be the right fit if you have:

• Track record of product ownership (preferable in accounts area) & backlog management.
• Ability to write requirements in user story format
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to
• interact successfully within all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinking and innovative mind-set.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English as communication would be across Baltics.

€3,500 - €5,200 a month

The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
