Settlement Specialist

ProjectOn is an international company specializing in the e-commerce and payments industry, working together with all stakeholders, including banks, financial institutes, and international payment organizations. We offer a solution that allows businesses to implement modern payment tools that ensure effortless data collection, storage, and completion of transactions with just a few clicks. We are seeking a Settlement Specialist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the reconciliation of daily transactions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Process settlements, refunds, and adjustments in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Monitor transaction discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
• Prepare settlement reports and data analyses to support financial and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with payment processors, banks, and crypto exchanges to facilitate smooth settlement operations. Identify opportunities to improve settlement workflows, enhance system performance, and mitigate risks.
• Maintain compliance with local and international regulations, ensuring settlements align with AML, KYC, and financial reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in settlement operations, financial analysis, or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial and data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
• Experience with reconciliation and accounting systems; knowledge of blockchain technology is a plus.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
