The Deliverability and Compliance team at Omnisend is dedicated to ensuring the reliable and compliant delivery of marketing messages across email, SMS, and push notification channels. We work closely with our product, support and customer success teams to optimize delivery, maintain compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, TCPA), prevent phishing and spam activities, and provide our customers with a seamless experience.

We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer with a preference for backend development. People that are proactive, product-minded and enthusiastic about crafting the impactful software product for our customers find a best fit at Omnisend.

What you’ll do @Omnisend:

• Contribute significantly to product development decisions
• Design, develop, and test features
• Resolve technical challenges for seamless system functionality and optimal performance
• Maintain features with effective monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Share best practices with team members

We expect that you’ll bring:

• Hands-on experience (5+ years) implementing and maintaining scalable, highly available, high load systems
• Customer centricity
• Ideally, experience with Golang or alternatively proficiency in any backend programming language with the willingness to learn Golang
• Familiarity with modern software build pipelines and tools
• Proficiency in any database
• Experience with real time distributed messaging tools, like NSQ, Pub/Sub
• Working experience with any cloud provider (at Omnisend we use Google Cloud Services)
• Experience with event based architecture
