Product Manager / Business Analyst

As a key player in the Fintech industry, we are launching a new project to develop next-generation AI solutions that will transform online payments - making it faster, safer and more convenient.

The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager / Business Analyst with a strong background in Fintech and AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring our AI-powered payment solutions meet market demands and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap and strategy for AI-powered payment solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science and business stakeholders, to drive product development.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into actionable user stories and product features.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes in AI in banking, payments, and Fintech innovation.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure an intuitive and seamless user experience.
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success and continuously optimize performance.
• Communicate product progress, challenges, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis, preferably in the Fintech, AI in payments, or AI in banking sectors.
• Strong understanding of AI technology, machine learning, and payment gateway solutions.
• Experience in launching and managing AI-driven financial products.
• Solid knowledge of payment systems, fraud detection, risk management, and compliance in online transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with AI-powered fraud detection and risk management systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to Fintech, payments, and AI in banking.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
