Operations Analyst ( M/F/X)

The Manpower Permanent Placement cabinet is recruiting for one of its clients, a financial institution, an Operations Analyst (M/F/X), to support the Back Office department.

We are looking for dedicated individuals interested in a versatile position.

Location: Kirchberg

Working Hours- 10 am to 7 pm

Status: Permanent role

Your tasks:

• Create and update securities master file
• Introduce trades
• Handle Free of Payment Transfers
• Follow up on settlements
• Coordinate with counterparties and internal clients
• Manage cash activities (cash flow, credit cards, funding control, etc.)
• Perform securities and cash reconciliation
• Prepare reports related to both activities (EMIR, MIFIR, etc.)
• Manage corporate actions ...

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree related to the area of expertise or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Understanding of financial products (forex, securities, etc.)
• Fluent in English, proficiency in Portuguese and or French is an advantage
• Analytical and synthetic mind-set with problem-solving skills
• Proactive in proposing process optimization alternatives
• Rigorous, organized, with priority management skills, discretion, and confidentiality
• Self-motivated, team player with high integrity and self-discipline
• Good knowledge of computer-based tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
