Business Analyst

Job description

You will work in a team within the company's Agile organization, and you work with other experts to achieve the team's mission.

Your key activities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to the products in scope.
• Truly understand your products, services and customer processes end-to-end and keep this knowledge up to date, in line with external regulations, risk and compliance policies.
• Evaluate the implications of platform changes and variations in processes on existing products, services, and operations, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Perform Risk assessment and get seconde lines approval
• Work closely with Tech to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Prepare functional specifications to guide development teams and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Using your expertise and experience to contribute to all sprint events (planning, refinements, retrospectives, demos)

Your profile

Competencies / Behavior:

• Strong understanding of financial instruments, lending processes – from origination to deal tracking to accounting to settlement.
• Knowledge in Finance processes and regulatory reporting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Act as a team player and have a valuable contribution to the collective goals both
• regarding the concrete deliverables and the teamwork on itself. Experience:
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business analyst or similar role, in the same domain
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with proficiency in tools like, Azure,
• Confluence, or similar platforms.

Languages:

• Fluency in English and in French (verbal and written)
