Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis: Identify and assess business needs related to AI projects, translating stakeholder expectations into clear technical specifications.
• Project Management: Oversee AI initiatives from start to finish, defining key milestones, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, IT teams, and business leaders to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.
• Innovation & Optimization: Spot opportunities to leverage AI for process enhancement, customer experience improvement, and business value creation.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, track challenges and achievements, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Profile

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record in business analysis and project management, preferably in the financial or insurance sector.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AI technologies and data analysis tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to drive collaboration across teams.
