Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders, analyze data, and provide valuable insights that drive decision-making. Your expertise will support our consulting, customer care, and product development teams as we continue to deliver flexible and reliable mobility solutions across multiple European countries.

🔹 What You'll Do:

✔ Conduct data analysis to support business decisions

✔ Work with stakeholders to identify requirements and create models using Excel & Power BI

✔ Develop reports and insights to enhance operational efficiency

✔ Collaborate with teams in a SaaS environment related to finance, accounting, or administrative processes

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✔ 2-6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a SaaS environment

✔ Strong analytical and conceptual skills

✔ Proficiency in Excel & Power BI

✔ Fluency in Dutch & English (written and spoken)

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
