Rate: €650.00 - €750.00 per day

Duration: 12 months

Working model: Hybrid. 3 days per week on site

E-wallet solutions experience is essential.

About the Role:

A leading online travel and payment solutions company is seeking a FinTech Product Manager (specialising in SME E-wallets) to provide strategic guidance on market positioning, growth strategies, and commercial development for e-wallet solutions.

This is not an implementation role. This role is a high-level advisory and business development position focused on analysing market trends, identifying revenue opportunities, and shaping the go-to-market strategy.

You must have deep expertise in e-wallets (PayPal, Paysafe, Payoneer, etc.), and understand various business models, able to provide insights on what works, what doesn’t. You must also know how to drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis to assess e-wallet trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic recommendations on business models, revenue streams, and expansion strategies.
• Provide insights on e-wallet differentiation across markets and segments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape the value proposition and positioning of e-wallet solutions.
• Act as a commercial SME manager, advising on vendor negotiations, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Engage in workshops, deep dives, and data analysis, offering expert insights rather than operational execution.

What You Bring:

• 8-10+ years of experience in e-wallets, payments, or fintech.
• Background in PayPal, Paysafe, Payoneer, or similar e-wallet providers.
• Strong commercial mindset—understanding revenue drivers, partnerships, and monetisation models.
• Ability to translate market insights into strategic recommendations.
• Experience engaging with vendors, negotiating commercial terms, and assessing partnerships.
• Product-oriented, but with a business development focus rather than deep technical expertise.
