About The Job

• Shape the brand's visual identity: Define and refine the visual direction of the brand as our Interaction Designer within the CRO team.
• Craft compelling designs: Create engaging and user-centric designs that connect with the audience and drive results.
• Impact marketing, product development, and user engagement: Your designs will have a direct influence on marketing efforts, product development, and overall user interactions.
• A/B Testing support: Support testing and implement visually striking A/B tests to optimize user experiences and drive conversions.
• Campaign Crafting: Create captivating visuals for marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and maximum impact.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and development teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Multi-Format Mastery: Produce a wide range of visual assets for web and app.
• The CRO-team focuses on developing designs and solutions that are optimizing our Nordic marketing efforts. Your role here will visually execute the initiatives taken forth here.
  
  
  

 

About You 

• At least 2 years experience in creating visuals for web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
• A strong portfolio that showcases your versatility and creativity in digital design.
• Experience in designing with a conversion-driven approach, understanding that great design is not just about aesthetics but about achieving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and current design trends.
• Self-driven and proactive with the ability to work independently and take initiative. In our fast-paced environment, you are able to quickly switch gears and manage multiple projects with ease.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Data-driven mindset - being able to understand both quantitative and qualitative data in order to enhance our user needs and wants.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken and at least one Nordic language.
