Security Architect

Security Architect | Blue Team Project | Hybrid Work Overijssel | Geheim | Defence | 6 Months Rolling

CBSButler are recruiting for a large defence organisation out of the Netherlands who are looking for a Security Architect to work on an exciting project helping to harden their blue team services.

We can pay up to €160 per hour for experts in this field and it will be a 6 month rolling contract

This will be a hybrid working project requiring occasional travel to the office in the Overjissel region, you will need to hold Vertrouwelijk or ideally Geheim clearance for this position.

Please see below for what we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Security Architect, with a strong focus on blue team strategies and architecture/implementation
• In-depth knowledge of defensive cybersecurity techniques, including but not limited to network defence, endpoint security, SIEM/SOAR, threat detection, and incident response.
• Familiarity with common security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS)
• Expertise in deploying and managing security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, and other security tools.
• Strong experience with cloud security architectures and hybrid environments.
• Security Clearance: Must hold Vertrouwelijk or ideally Geheim (Dutch government security clearance).
