Frontend Developer

Location: Krakow- hybrid or remote

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Length: long-term cooperation

Rate: 140- 155 PLN/h net+vat

Are we looking for you?

We are currently seeking a Front Engineer with good tech skills, open to work with new technologies. This is just the start. Hence, you’ll be a key player in defining technology stack, processes, and building our work environment from scratch

In this role, you will:

• Implement and maintain a metrics collection, log management and service health check systems.
• Systems design consulting, infrastructure capacity planning and cost efficiency exercises.
• Triage and troubleshoot production issues enriching feedback loops to other engineering teams with blameless postmortems.
• Enable fast and reliable configuration changes and deployments to Engineering and Product teams.
• Implement artifacts lifecycle policies and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Maintain, customize and/or develop operational tooling that brings velocity to the engineering team.

As qualifications, our ideal candidate would have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer with JavaScript and React
• From static design to Production running code
• UI design and UX sensibilities is a plus
• Responsive design, mobile-first
• SEO techniques awareness
• Cross-browser compatibility issues knowledge, client-side performance
• Other JS libraries are a plus
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals
• Familiarity with MVC Ruby on Rails web framework or others is plus
• Team player, really motivated with technical challenges
• Time management skills
• Fluent in English and Polish
