As a Technical Project Manager / Team Leader, You will lead a team of .NET developers within the Risk Corporate Systems function. PROJECT DETAILS:
As a Technical Project Manager / Team Leader, You will lead a team of .NET developers within the Risk Corporate Systems function. This role focuses on the merger of the securities side of the business with the banking side, scaling cloud-based solutions, and ensuring a targeted architecture for the operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within the Risk Corporate Systems team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Manage project governance, reporting, risk tracking, and issue escalation procedures.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to senior stakeholders while managing risks and issues.
- Proven experience managing projects within a financial services or risk environment.
- At least 10+ years of experience working in .NET based environment and previous experience in a similar position.
- Experience managing .NET development teams with knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS).
- Experience with SQL Server, data integration, and reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
