Recruitment Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment projects to ensure timely and successful hiring, technology implementation and roadmap planning. The Recruitment Project Manager will collaborate closely with technology stakeholders, hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to oversee successful implementations of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage recruitment, technology, compliance and other projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with respective stakeholders to understand project needs and develop effective strategies.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the projects.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Compliance: Provide support for stakeholders in the compliance projects.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on projects statuses and outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
